1. How fast is Shipping?

- We ship every day from 8am pst-12pm pst, it takes about 1-3 days to receive your products

2. What shipping services do you use?

- We only use USPS, They provide the best rates form our customers

3. Why is shipping so expensive?

- All of our products are pre-weighed and have their own shipping price.

Example: You buy a jelly mask, weight is 6oz that's about $7 in shipping so you will pay $7 but if you buy 2 jelly mask that's 12oz now shipping is $10. 

4. Why don't you offer one set shipping price?

- We don't offer one set price because for a full bundle its about 20-30 oz which comes to about $19 to ship compared to someone to just wants a face soap that's 2oz and cost $7 to ship

5. Can i use the body scrubs for my face or any other area on my body?

- Yes, the body scrubs are good for the face, scalp and body

6. What is the body lotion used for?

- The deep moisturizing body lotion is a leave on product. Its very a long lasting skin moisturizer. Its purpose is to moisturize and heal your skin leaving is smooth and soft up to 24hrs.

7. How do i use the body lotion?

- You apply it Moring or night, before or after the shower. It can be applied to the Full body, Face as well as the ends of the hair for dryness.

8. How long do i keep the jelly mask on for?

- You want to keep it on for about 20 minutes minimum and at apply it at least once a week. The longer to leave it on the better your skin will feel and turn out.

9. How fast will i see results with your products?

- Results will vary per individual and per product. For body scrubs you will fell an instant difference, Jelly mask in about 3-5 days if applying it daily, Deep moisturizing body jelly's tend to take anywhere from 1-10 days depending on what jelly you get and for what skin concern your targeting.

Example: Healthy skin for eczema helps with inflammation that very instant as to blemish be gone will reduce current acne within 3 days and even skin will lighten dark spots within 7-10 days

10. Are you a vegan based company?

- Unfortunately we are not due to the small amount of bees wax we add in our body scrubs for skin protection

11. Are you are plant based?

- YES! we are 100% a plant based skin care company. We try to keep our products as clean as possible from toxic ingredients, alcohol ingredients ect.

12. Where do you get your Sea Moss from?

- We source it from the Caribbean, over seas. 

13. Do you use Aloe Vera powder?

- NO! we use 100% real aloe Vera from the actual plant that grows from the ground.
